If you enjoy the camaraderie of working out with your spouse or a friend, my buddy training program is right for you. Just get someone who has similar goals and abilities, and I will take care of the rest! Working out with others provides accountability, consistency, challenge and a great deal of fun!
I also can train you and your buddy at your home as well!
If you want a buddy but do not have one, ask me! I’ll do my best to find you someone to work with that has similar goals and strengths.
I always begin with a full assessment (medical history, athletic/nutrition background and movement assessments) that provides me with the information I need to design a program for where you and your buddy/partner currently are, and then we build upon that.
